In today's environment, many clients have very rigorous requirements and needs regarding technology and security. In order to meet those needs, Hull and Associates P.C. has implemented and installed up-to-date systems.
The firm uses the most up-to-date collection software. Bar codes are placed on each file, and these bar codes are scanned each time a file moves from one location to the other. This allows each file to be tracked to a specific location at all times.
Data and reports can be received and sent through EDI transfers. This minimizes costs for both our clients and the firm and provides immediate updates and information. Systemized reports are provided according to each individual client’s needs and specifications.
The firm augments the work of individual collectors with an automated dialing system. The result is that each account is worked by collectors on a regular basis using queues as well as being worked on the dialer.
All calls from and to collectors are recorded and regularly monitored for quality assurance, effectiveness and compliance.
Data security is provided through up-to-date firewall protection and testing. Regular procedures are followed to constantly make sure that the data is secure.
Premises security is provided by a monitored alarm system and cameras that record movement within the office.
The result is a highly efficient and productive collection practice and a safe environment for each client’s data and information.
