Hull & Associates, P.C. is a full service collection law firm including pre-legal collection efforts, litigation and post judgment collection efforts. Located in Houston, we handle both retail and commercial collections in Southeast Texas and throughout the state. Established in 1980, the firm's primary focus has always been creditor's rights and debt collection. These relationships are beneficial to our clients in the litigation process and a in post-judgment collection efforts. We understand that due to the limitations placed on creditors in Texas (no wage garnishment and homesteads are exempt), collecting a debt may take more time than in other jurisdictions. But we also understand that if you continually work claims over extended periods, successful collection results are possible.
